Guo Ming, director of human resources in the former Greater China region of Coca Cola Co, has made several suggestions to college students: understand yourself, discover your unique advantages, identify your career goals as early as possible, and don't equate certain lifestyle pursuit with career goals.

So, how should people who work in the workplace choose their first job?

According to a large number of surveys and data evaluation, the departments concerned have prepared eight criteria for evaluating job seekers, so long as one of them is compatible with any one, it is worth working for the enterprise.

The eight criteria are -

First, it does not depend on whether there is a frequent opportunity to go abroad, but whether training can give you the opportunity to exercise and help you make up for the fatal occupation.

Second, it's not whether you make a mistake or not, but whether the company can teach you to stop making the same mistake next time.

Third, it does not depend on whether the enterprise is the top 500 in the world, but whether you can add a score to your resume when you choose your job again.

Fourth, it does not consist in learning the sleek and worldly way of life, but in having a relatively simple interpersonal relationship to concentrate on doing things.

Fifth, it is not whether the job itself is interesting, but whether it can make you feel the passion of work and be brave enough to face the unknown challenge.

Sixth, it's not about making you earn a lot of money right now, but whether you can learn to earn money.

Seventh, it does not depend on how many dignitaries you can get to know through this job, but that you can accumulate working contacts and learn how to deal with people through this job.

Eighth, it is not whether the working environment is luxurious enough, but whether the working atmosphere is comfortable or not, and deserves the respect and freedom of the mind.
