  日前,满洲里海关在中蒙阿日哈沙特口岸查获涉嫌侵犯李宁、阿迪达斯、耐克和彪马等商标专用权的运动鞋160双。已依法将该批侵权货物作退运处理。


On the morning of April 19th, a small Mongolia freight car carrying goods was driven into the exit route of the alhi port.

When customs officers inspected the trucks, they found more than 160 pairs of sneakers with internationally recognized brand identities at the bottom of the luggage parcel. They were identified as infringing intellectual property sports shoes after examination.

It is understood that trademark rights holders of Lining, Adidas, Nike, Puma and many other well-known brands have filed the application for intellectual property protection in the customs. The Manchuria customs has handled the infringing goods in accordance with the law, and has recorded the means of pport.


According to the head of the customs, the company attaches great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights, and establishes a quick response mechanism to crack down on the infringing acts of import and export goods, and has launched a series of special campaigns against counterfeiting rights.

Over the past few years, a total of 100 cases of infringement cases have been seized, with a value of over 800 yuan.
