Foxconn's frequent jumping incidents are not accidental, but lack of complications of humanistic care management. In fact, Foxconn's jumping incident is only a miniature of the humanistic care management of many private enterprises throughout the country, a typical reflection.

Once upon a time, everything became the motto of enterprises in the center of economic efficiency. In pursuit of the maximization of interests, the executives and bosses of enterprises abandoned the good tradition of "humanistic care" and ignored the multilevel nature of human needs. They regarded employees simply as an economic man who was manipulated freely, resulting in an increasing number of problems, such as tension between cadres and masses, close interpersonal relationships, emotional indifference, lack of credibility, and so on. This will have an insignificant negative effect on the physical and mental health of employees, the sustainable development of enterprises and the harmony and stability of society.
There is an old Chinese saying, "heaven is not as good as land, but land is not as good as human beings". Enterprise management is in harmony with people. Humanistic care can not only establish the emotional link between enterprises and employees, make employees work and live happily and happily, adapt themselves to the society in a positive manner, but also give full play to their subjective initiative so as to promote the development of enterprises.
