Wu Jianmin: I think textile and garment power should be strong in core technology, and lack of strong core technology can only be called "big".

At present, domestic textile and garment enterprises generally lack core technologies, such as printing and dyeing technology, textile machinery technology, information technology, creative technology, process technology, and so on, mostly using cheap labor force production or blindly copying.
In addition, if China's clothing enterprises want to occupy a certain seat in the world, they should not only apply brand innovation strategy, focus on developing cultural innovation, value innovation, and resource integration, but also open up their arms in a timely manner, enhance communication and learning, and coexist with each other to win the right place in the world garment industry.

Wu Jianmin: brand must be a symbol of quality, time tested and perceived by consumers.
The fundamental quality of a brand lies in its quality. Only when it has quality can it be licensed, and inferior cards will eventually be abandoned by consumers.
Therefore, I believe that the difference between us and international brands lies in the recognition of the quality of textile and clothing. The ultimate goal of science and technology is to satisfy the best human life.
If the textile and garment industry can not play the technological innovation ability in the angle of solving the best human life, no humanistic thought can not really serve the people, nor can there be a real quality clothing brand.
The quality of the product is actually the materialized manifestation of the practitioner's moral character.
It is hard for an industry without moral character to make a quality brand, nor to upgrade the Chinese brand, nor to fight against foreign brands.
Chen Guoqiang: at present, we pay too much attention to the research of brand results. We often mention that PRADA is very influential, LV is very influential and so on. We only see the final results of these brands, and we ourselves are simply copying the final results of these brands.

These are not all right.

Wu Jianmin: there is a lack of talent in any industry all over the world.
Because society is developing and progresses, we can not know the unknown world.
As long as society is in constant progress, we will always face the problem of shortage of talents.
It is not only the lack of talents, but also the lack of good entrepreneurs.
It is not convincing to hide the lack of talents to build up brand competence.
More than 90% of the new employees every year are selected and trained from the graduating college students, instead of hoping for airborne troops. Now these twelve years have been twelve years of new strength.

How do you understand the sustainable development of textile and garment industry?
Wu Jianmin: all industries related to human development are related to energy and the environment, not just the textile and garment industry.
Why does textile and clothing relate to pollution, because it is related to chemical industry.
For example, cotton does not pollute itself, but the pollution generated by twisting cotton.
If we solve the related pollution problems in the chemical industry, the textile and clothing will be much better.
Now the industry also attaches importance to low-carbon issues.
I think low carbon is mainly energy control, minimizing production waste and non production waste and recycling.
It is difficult to recycle clothing products, and some technical problems need to be tackled.
At present, what we can do is to minimize waste in production and non production links, and at the same time shoulder social responsibilities.
For Shu Lang, we attach great importance to this aspect. We not only attach importance to the green environmental protection function of the products, but also make use of low carbon fabrics such as cotton and linen fiber and so on, and fully implement the low-carbon environmental protection concept into the actual action of the enterprises. For example, the dirty water produced in the canteen will have special water treatment links, and try not to discharge harmful things to the natural world. Over the past few years, our industry has begun to pay more attention to the environment, but we have not done enough in terms of intensive operation and docking with the global industrial chain.
It lacks the relevant platform of the nature of the country and the nature of the industry.
In fact, in recent years, the Chinese government has signed many cooperation agreements and memorandums at the national level in the field of diplomacy, but many have not landed.
