Before entering the work, you need to prepare the following information: the original color, the original feeling, the small sample confirmed by the guests (that is the factory's first color sample), the original quality sample, the copy of the contract (above has the quality requirements, standards, delivery date, quantity of the factory, etc.).

The following things need to be done:


1. according to the color of the guest sample (primary color), it is required that the factory put the small sample and the sample must have a written request, that is, the color notice. The contents of the "color notice" include (color light source, color fastness, environmental protection, the number of proofing plates, proofing cloth and size, proofing fabric specification and completion time).


2. proofing cloth: proofing fabric is in line with the bulk goods, and the use of other specifications of gray cloth should be eliminated. For the production characteristics of large goods, we should consider whether the small sample cloth is sand washing or related treatment.


3. according to the proofing notice, correctly use light sources (such as D65, TL84, U3000, etc.) to avoid the phenomenon of jumping light and improve the accuracy of proofing.


4. according to the requirements of customers or marketing department, the proofing notice must specify the size of the sample and the number of prints (printing and dyed weaving should be circulated, and the yarn dyed samples should be accompanied by yarn samples. Basically, chemical fiber dyed fabrics are made of four samples of A, B, C and D).


5. time requirements: stained beaker for 3 days, 10 days for printing, 10 days for yarn dyed fabrics, and special conditions should be resolved as appropriate.


6. text description: the sample should be pasted in the specified form (company color card), and the color number, color name, number and date of the sample should be marked according to the proofing notice.


Middle sample or

Big cargo

The first cylinder sample (i.e. the first production sample before the production of large goods): to provide the middle samples or large head cylinder samples (such as quality sample, handle sample, sample fabric, etc.) should be in accordance with the bulk cargo. Under the conditions permit, the production process should be simulated as far as possible, and the dyeing chemicals, auxiliaries and process flow should be recorded, especially the fabric door width.


In the process of producing large goods: clear requirements: clear the requirements of the order contract, and the contents are the standard requirements and delivery dates for internal and external quality.

Work out production plan: according to the requirement of garment delivery, make fabric production plan and phased product quantity.

At the same time, fill in the "fabric production schedule" every week or every time the new changes need to be changed in time.

Then I will report to the leaders in charge.

The quality of each track is mainly noted: (1) whether the color is set under the prescribed lamp source.

(2) whether the sample, the confirmation sample or the head cylinder are exactly the same.

3. Color difference control: edge center difference, head and tail color difference, deviation, Yin Yang surface color difference, cylinder difference.


Bulk inspection: inspection standards and methods: according to the AATCC international standard of the United States, the inspection method of ten and four points or the company's internal inspection standards should be carried out according to the different uses of the materials (such as: nylon spinning, some guests are used for making umbrellas, so that the bottom lamps must be opened when testing is required).

Under the prescribed light source, the confirmation sample shall be the same, and the reference color or the primary color sample shall be used for color matching. The color deviation should be controlled at level 4-5, not lower than grade 4. If the standard is exceeded, it must be repaired or rebuilt.

Appearance quality: cloth inspection: key inspection stains, weft deviation, left middle right color difference, head and tail chromatic aberration, poor handle, broken warp, broken weft, stains, greasy dirt, colored flowers, roving, color pollution, and weft insertion, adhesive tape, glue marks, glue leakage, rubber particles and so on.

General test: width (three times, head to tail), weight (head and tail), warp and weft density, length, color difference.


It is very important to follow up and check the delivery date and quality.

Fabric

Production: go to the workshop and understand the problems encountered in the production of the major goods in the production process to the managers of each process. If necessary, it is necessary to reflect the problems and suggestions to the supervisor or to the department supervisor.
