Recently, the three-day fourth China Textile intangible cultural heritage conference closed in Shenyang. Wang Zhen, chairman of Liaoning textile industry trade promotion branch, told reporters that in recent years, the branch has vigorously implemented the "collaborative innovation of intangible cultural heritage" project and strived to inherit industrial culture. Through holding Manchu clothing culture theme exhibition, Manchu clothing culture protection and research results exhibition, cheongsam hometown (Fushun · Xinbin) fashion week, China (Fushun · Xinbin) Qipao conference, Shenyang International Qipao Culture Festival, Chinese custom Qipao art appreciation and other activities, Liaoning Province's heritage and reality in the research, design and production of Manchu clothing culture, such as cheongsam, are publicized and displayed to the world power. Through organizing inheritors, designers, colleges and universities to actively participate in various professional exhibitions, the cooperation between intangible cultural heritage and design, production, market, media and capital in the province is vigorously promoted, so as to make the creative transformation and innovative development of textile intangible cultural heritage.

According to Wang, the service scope of the branch covers more than 10000 enterprises in 15 industrial clusters, 14 textile and garment colleges and three major professional markets in the province. In recent years, by promoting the implementation of the "five major projects", the branch has led the high-quality development of the industry and achieved good social benefits. The "collaborative innovation of intangible cultural heritage" project is an important part of it.

In addition to the "collaborative innovation of intangible cultural heritage" project, the branch also established the image of the textile industry of the whole province by implementing the project of "pilot upgrading of regional brands (industrial clusters)". In addition, it has cooperated with the "women's capital" of Liaoning Province and other famous industries. The nine recommended regions are named as national industrial cities and towns by China Textile Federation, covering various fields such as textile, clothing, home textile, etc. It covers industry + smart market, international trade + high quality manufacturing, industry + e-commerce and other types, covering 80% of the textile and garment export enterprises in the province.

At the same time, through the implementation of "high quality manufacturing enterprise service" project, the branch strives to improve the core value of the textile industry in the whole province. Among the textile and garment enterprises in Liaoning, 70% are processing and manufacturing enterprises, especially garment enterprises. They have accumulated valuable experience in exporting from Japan, South Korea, Europe and the United States for many years. They have cultivated a group of skilled workers, and created more than 100 high-quality manufacturing enterprises such as Dayang, Dongyuan international, Xinlongtai, Longsheng, Yifeng and ruiwal.
