What Are The Results Of "Formal Review"?

There are two results in the form examination: (1) the eligibility and application form of the applicant are fully in line with the requirements of the trademark law and its implementation rules; (two) if the applicant does not qualify, or if the application is not in conformity with the requirements of the trademark law and the detailed rules for implementation, the application shall be rejected and the application shall be returned to the applicant for further application.

The application procedure basically meets the requirements, but the trademark office can make the applicant correct if there is no application document with or without errors.

If the amendment is completed within the time limit, the date of application shall be retained; if the correction is not completed within the time limit, or if the amendment is still unqualified, the application shall not be accepted and the application shall be returned to the applicant.
