Reporter: President Liu, how do you regard the party's "Seventeen" as a private entrepreneur?

President Liu: the "Seventeen" of the party is a meeting held at the critical moment of China's reform and development. It is a conference of seeking truth from facts, striving for unity and striving for progress.

She summed up the great historical process of reform and opening up scientifically and comprehensively, and put forward the grand goal of "holding high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a well-off society in an all-round way".

In the past 29 years since reform and opening up, we have been guided by the banner of "socialism with Chinese characteristics". The result is that the country's economic strength has greatly improved and people's living standards have improved significantly.

From the perspective of Guangzhou we live in, it is the forefront of reform and opening up. We have gained many benefits from our experience.

According to relevant information, the GDP of Guangzhou in 2006 reached about 600000000000 yuan, and the per capita GDP was over ten thousand yuan according to the census register, which was more than doubled in 2002, which means that Guangzhou has entered a well-off society.

From the perspective of the west side road where our company is located, it used to be a complex, backward and remote area. Now it has become the "Golden Triangle" of the footwear industry in Guangzhou, where Guangdong and even the world's peers aspire.

Reality proves strongly that only socialism can save China. Only socialism with Chinese characteristics can develop China, flourish China and become prosperous and strong China.

Our private sector is the most benefited person in reform and opening up. We are very grateful to the party's policies.

We believe that through this conference, China's modernization drive will be further pushed forward, and the reform and opening up will be further deepened, and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will be realized.

What the private enterprise is most concerned about is that the policy of the party's development of the private economy has remained unchanged and the party's policies have remained unchanged.

We firmly support the report of the general secretary, no matter how difficult it is, we must hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, strive for self-improvement and strive to open up and expand our enterprises, and contribute to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.

Reporter: after studying the "Seventeen" report, what are your views on the future of China's economic development?

President Liu: I am very optimistic about the prospects of China's economic development, especially the prospects for the development of private economy, and full of confidence.

Because after 29 years of reform and opening up, China has already stood at a new historical starting point. What is the next goal?

Under the leadership of Scientific Outlook on Development, the report put forward that "building a well-off society in an all-round way is the goal of the party and the state in the 2020 and the fundamental interests of the people of all ethnic groups in the country", and boldly launched the "efforts to achieve sound and rapid economic development", "to achieve quadruple GDP per capita to 2020 than in 2000".

This is a high standard and high demand that fully accords with the reality of China's economic development and fits the interests of the people. It is popular among the people.

The central government has made many new policies to achieve this goal, so I think this goal will be achieved.

Reporter: what do you think is the most encouraging thing for private enterprises in the "Seventeen" report?

President Liu: in the "Seventeen" report, the most encouraging private economy is that the party's policy of supporting the development of private economy remains unchanged.

In his report, the general secretary stressed that we must "unswervingly encourage, support and guide the development of the non-public sector of the economy".

The central government's policy has a strong practical significance for the continuous development of private enterprises, and has given the private entrepreneurs a lot of confidence and courage. We seem to have taken a reassurance.

The central government supports us. We must unfold our efforts and boldly develop boldly.

Reporter: how do you understand the "Seventeen" big report pointed out that "to develop the economy must break through the boundaries of administrative divisions"?

President Liu: I think "breaking the boundaries of administrative divisions" means not only breaking the boundaries of domestic administrative divisions, but also breaking through the trade barriers between China and foreign countries.

Recently, I led the footwear industry association of Guangdong province to visit the shoe production and sales base of Wenzhou and Chengdu. My association also went to Vietnam with other trade associations to explore the market situation at home and abroad, explore the feasibility of cross regional cooperation, and explore ways to open up new trade channels.

Through inspection, I deeply realized that to develop the economy in the report, we must "break through the boundaries of administrative divisions and form a number of strong and closely linked economic circles and economic belts", which is very important, because only by breaking the boundaries of administrative divisions can we make full and reasonable use of resources from all parts of the country to achieve complementary advantages and share resources. Only regional cooperation can effectively promote the overall development of the economy.

We must comply with the general secretary's idea of promoting economic development, do a good job in the shoe material industry in Guangzhou, drive the footwear industry in Guangdong, and work together with the whole nation to strive for the high-end market of the world shoe industry.

Reporter: in the "Seventeen" big report, it is mentioned that allowing residents to have more property income. Do you think this will be an opportunity for the development of private economy?

President Liu: the "Seventeen" report clearly stated that "create conditions for more people to own property income".

I think this is an innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a new idea of developing Marx doctrine creatively in China.

I personally understand that property income refers to income other than wages, such as investment bonds, stocks, funds, financial products and rental housing, patent income and so on.

"Seventeen" put forward such a view, is indeed a good opportunity for the development of private economy.

This is because: (1) it encourages people to obtain income from the legitimate channels of buying bonds, funds and stocks, making use of deposit interest and rental housing, and objectively promotes the development of industrial enterprises, real estate construction, housing leasing, finance and related industries.

(2) I personally believe that this policy is in fact encouraging everyone to boldly walk the road of becoming rich, so that the "no property" will become productive and the "productive" will become rich.

With the prosperity of the people and the growth of consumption, the third industry and other industries have new opportunities for development.

Therefore, I feel that this policy of the party is not only a major move to improve people's livelihood, but also a new opportunity for the development of private economy.

Reporter: what do you think is the most impressive in the "Seventeen" report?

President Liu: caring about the people's livelihood and improving people's livelihood is a highlight in the "Seventeen" report, and it is also one of the most profound places in my memory.

In his report, the general secretary said, "the right is for the people, the love is for the people, and the interests are for the people". This kind of people's livelihood reflects the essence of our party's governing for the people and the scientific development concept of "people-oriented", so that everyone who hears it is moved.

With the development of the times and the progress of society, the benchmark of people's livelihood is also improving. It is no longer limited to "food, clothing and shelter", but a high level and all-around appeal to education, employment, income distribution, social security, medical and health, even democracy, the rule of law, fairness and justice.

The report attaches great importance to people's livelihood, and puts forward six major tasks of social construction focusing on improving people's livelihood. It not only has theoretical height but also strong operability. This is the gospel brought by the Party Central Committee, and we are all delighted with it.
