Miao Jian, chairman of Zoucheng Tiancheng dyeing and Weaving Co., Ltd., said that at present, the loss of front-line workers in the textile industry is more serious. Their employment volume is about 650, and the labor gap has reached 30%.

Considering the reputation, processing volume and price of customers, some orders that are not suitable for enterprises are directly pushed away. "It is not the money that is not earned, but the productivity is really limited."

Because of the competition among peers, skilled workers are more difficult to recruit. In order to leave skilled workers in their factories, they provide them with very comfortable housing conditions, and they also provide subsidies. However, some private enterprises offer attractive salary, so they can easily "poach" these talents.


Reason: low intensity and low salary


      “工作环境差,劳动时间长,工资待遇低。”济宁人力资源与劳动部门的一位工作人员说,这就是纺织工岗位的写照。今年由于济宁诸多纺织服装企业订单逐步增多,生产线近乎满负荷运转,但由于用工缺口巨大,现有的纺织工加班加点的情况十分平常,纺织工每天的工作时间基本要在10个小时以上,而且一个月基本休息不了几天,而且工作环境较为嘈杂,待遇比之其它行业也高不出多少,好些的地方每月1500多元,最低的地方也就是每月1000元左右。

Miao Jian, chairman of Zoucheng Tiancheng dyeing and Weaving Co., Ltd., said that most of the female job seekers who were 18-25 years old and who had not received higher education were eating "youth meal". Generally speaking, they chose more service industries and sales industries, because compared with the textile industry, they did not have much labor intensity in the stores and shopping malls in the city, the working environment was relatively comfortable, and the monthly income could also be around 1000 yuan.

At the same time, with the acceleration of urbanization, many enterprises have settled down in rural areas and absorbed surplus labor locally. Many migrant workers will choose to work locally.


Countermeasures: school enterprise cooperation to ensure employment


      “在纺织行业,工人付出的劳动与得到的报酬不成正比,这属于就业结构性长期矛盾。”济宁纺织服装协会秘书长王德表示,要想解决这个问题,应该根据企业性质分类调整最低工资标准,运用宏观调控手段和政策引导去引导行业发展。此外,要从源头上解决这一问题,还要抓好对技术工人的培养,当地纺织企业多与技术院校进行合作,采取订单式培训,从而保证为纺织服装企业源源不断地输送技术人员。


      微山新目标纺织有限公司是一家新建的纺织生产企业,预计今年共需一线工人800人。为防止用工出现缺口的情况,提前做了一系列工作。该公司负责人力资源的彭经理表示,他们在济宁技师学院和微山技校采取订单方式培训了600名学生,并且通过社会招工的方式招到了100多名熟练工,加之他在薪酬、福利上比其他同行也更有竞争力,因此对留住工人还是很有信心的。
