Zhu Xianmin: Textile Machinery Industry Should Be Eliminated And Backward As Indicators.

The Ministry of industry and information has announced to the society 18 lists of 2087 enterprises in the industrial sector to eliminate backward production capacity, and strictly ordered the backward production capacity of these enterprises to be closed by the end of September this year.

Among them, there are 201 enterprises in the printing and dyeing industry and 25 enterprises in chemical fiber industry.

Elimination will promote

When the reporter asked the textile industry to eliminate backward production capacity to bring the impact to the textile machinery industry, Zhu Xianmin replied: "the textile industry needs to develop, by eliminating backward equipment to update advanced new equipment, which is also a promotion for the textile machinery industry."

During the current and "12th Five-Year" period, the textile machinery industry should focus its attention on improving the level of traditional textile machinery, expanding the application fields of industrial textile equipment, increasing the research and extension efforts of energy saving and emission reduction equipment, and improving the service life and reliability of the basic parts of textile machinery, and so on in four aspects.

Zhu Xianmin explained: "raising the level of traditional textile machinery is not contradictory to eliminating backward, in fact, it lays a foundation for eliminating backward production capacity, and has a promoting effect on the development of textile machinery industry."

Zhu Xianmin told reporters about the elimination of the textile industry.

"High temperature and high pressure airflow dyeing machines in printing and dyeing equipment have also been produced in large quantities."

Zhu Xianmin said that unlike traditional overflow dyeing machines, the water needed for high temperature and high pressure air flow dyeing machines is only a solvent for dyeing chemicals, and the fabric is driven by high speed airflow.

Therefore, it has a very small bath ratio, fully embodies the characteristics of fast heating, low energy consumption, less sewage and other characteristics, in line with the current energy saving and environmental protection requirements and the general trend.

Elimination of backwardness is best based on indicators.

In eliminating backward production capacity, fewer workers are employed.

When it comes to whether the domestic spinning machine equipment can meet the needs of equipment upgrading in the textile industry to eliminate backward production capacity, Zhu Xianmin said that through the development of these years, the level of China's textile machinery can basically meet the needs of the development of the textile industry.

He believes that it is also necessary to restrict the production of textile machinery products with low production efficiency and backward technology.

It is better to use indicators as assessment criteria, for example, the speed of some equipment products is relatively low, so the product below the quota is restricted to the development and production.

Zhu Xianmin believes that the type of textile machinery is no longer formulated by the state or the corresponding institutions. The type of equipment is often set by the enterprise itself.

After the advanced technology pformation, the old model equipment may have some advanced nature.

So it is not scientific to define simply by the equipment type. It should be distinguished from the technical characteristics and indicators.

At present, there are still some deficiencies in the overall index of energy conservation and emission reduction in the textile industry.

For example, how to define the emission standard of energy conservation and emission reduction, and how much the equipment energy saving index should be, and so on, is the basic work that we need to further strengthen.

Textile machinery should start from the basic work and limit and eliminate backward from the source.

"Textile machinery industry itself also needs advanced technology to eliminate backward production capacity."

Zhu Xianmin also analyzed the current situation of the textile machinery industry.

He said that the next step of the textile machinery industry is to promote new manufacturing processes, such as high precision, flexible, multi-functional composite manufacturing technology, and also adopt some less cutting and no cutting forming processes.

Through these works, it is hoped that in the end of 12th Five-Year, the energy consumption of the process units of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises will be reduced by 25%, the main pollution emission in the production process will be reduced by 10%, and the utilization rate of materials will be increased by 5%.
