Enterprises In Xian Jin Signed Collective Bargaining Agreement On Regional Wages.

Representatives from the local trade unions and hundreds of enterprises from Xian Jin attended the signing ceremony of the collective wage consultation in Xian town.

The agreement stipulates that the new wage standard for enterprises will be determined according to the development of enterprises in the form of collective wage consultation.

Xian Jiang is a famous shoe production base in the country. As the footwear industry is vulnerable to seasonal and foreign trade, workers' income is unstable, which is likely to cause workers to run away.

Under the leadership of the local government, in recent years, 50 shoe manufacturers in Xian Jin town have determined the minimum wage for workers in the form of an enterprise convention, effectively ensuring their income.

"At present, there are about 50 enterprises participating in the minimum wage protection convention."

Wei Yue, chairman of the trade union of Xian Jin Town, said: "after this meeting, there will be more than 100 enterprises to participate. The minimum monthly wage is expected to increase to about 1700 yuan."

In the future, the guild Town Union will guide more enterprises in the region to participate in collective wage negotiations and form a regional wage guarantee system.

"This provides experience for our industrial enterprises to better implement collective wage negotiations."

Huang Deqi, Secretary General of the association of city entrepreneurs, believes that the promotion of collective bargaining for a wider range is to ensure that employees' interests are not infringed.
