Today, Bosideng is already a world-famous textile and garment enterprise. Think of it. Since the establishment of a small sewing group in 1976, I have been in this industry for 35 years.

Textile industry is a traditional pillar industry and important livelihood industry. It plays a great role in prospering the market, expanding exports, absorbing employment, increasing farmers' income and promoting the development of urbanization.

With the rapid development of new industries, the labor force shortage and the labor cost increase in the traditional industries.

At present, the four production bases of Xuzhou, Yangzhou, Gaoyou, Suqian Sihong and Shandong Dezhou have been built, which has further expanded the production capacity of the company and greatly reduced the staff of the Changshu headquarters.

However, in order to expand the pfer of traditional and labor-intensive industries in economically developed areas, we must increase support so as to guide enterprises in the eastern and central regions to pfer orderly to the western region.

Therefore, this year's two sessions, I submitted a proposal on increasing support and promoting the pfer of traditional industries, put forward 3 points: first, reduce the land price of settled enterprises.

On the basis of rational use of land and comprehensive utilization of land, the industrial pfer zone should appropriately reduce the unit price of industrial land.

The two is to reduce the tax burden of settled enterprises.

To undertake industrial pfer zones, tax concessions should be given to settled enterprises.

Three is to strengthen the vocational skills training of labor force.
