Before making this trip, Lu Wei thought that shoeshine was a piece of cake.

But after he opened the shop, he realized that polishing shoes is also a technical activity.

When the shop opened, a customer took a pair of brown shoes with a value of over 3000 yuan to maintain them.

At first glance, the shoes were normal. Lu Wei did the routine maintenance to the customer.

Who knows the customer is very dissatisfied when he takes the shoes, says that the shoe upper gloss, texture and color are not as good as before, and he asks Lu Wei to pay for it.

At that time, Lu Wei repeatedly looked at it, I feel a bit of a problem.

Instead of shirking his responsibilities, he left his shoes and ran to Nanjing headquarters to learn from them.

A month later, Lu Wei successfully cleaned up his shoes.

When the customer came again, he was not only rebuked, but also very satisfied, and became an old customer of Lu Wei.

With "honesty" and "sincerity", Lu Wei now has nearly 2000 members.

At present, in addition to shoeshine service, the store also carries leather, leather, leather sofa, leather chair and other leather care and maintenance services.


From a white-collar worker to a shoemaker now, faced with such a change, students and family members are beginning to feel this difficult to understand. They feel that there is a sense of "big use and little use". Even relatives say they don't need to read books early.

But Lu Wei did not think so. He felt that entrepreneurship had no difference between high and low.

Lu Wei said that there is still a gap in the domestic high-end leather products nursing. He does not want to simply wipe shoes. He plans to open several branches next year to make the industry bigger and stronger and form industrialization.
