Croatia'S Clothing Prices Fell 1.5% In October 2011

According to the latest data released by Croatia National Bureau of statistics, consumer prices in October 2011

Year-on-year increase of 2.6%, an increase of 0.6%.

The annual average year-on-year increase of 2.1%.


From the perspective of consumption structure, in October 2011, compared with the same period last year, prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages (30.97% of consumer goods) increased by 4%, alcoholic beverages and tobacco increased by 8.1%, clothing prices dropped by 1.5%, footwear prices fell 2%, water prices rose 5.1%, electricity prices rose 2.4%, gas prices rose 1.8%, liquid fuels increased 24.2%, furniture, household equipment and maintenance fees increased by 2.3%.

Hygiene

Medical expenses rose by 0.4%, the purchase price of vehicles decreased by 1.4%, pportation accessories increased by 2.2%, pportation service fees increased by 4.4%, postal and telecommunication services fees decreased by 7.4%, cultural and entertainment expenses rose by 0.6%, hotel and restaurant service charges rose 0.6%, and education fees increased by 1.1%, individuals.

Nursing

Supplies increased by 1.2%.
