Insiders told reporters that in order to carry out website promotion, B2C website will cooperate with the "alliance" to send a large number of vouchers to the small website owners in the alliance, so that they can promote the distribution of vouchers to attract consumers in the station.


"According to the two sides deliberation, this part of the voucher in theory is only used to promote attracting users, and can not be used for direct sales, but B2C mall is actually very difficult to monitor the final whereabouts of the vouchers issued after this part."
