Therefore, some experts have proposed that the new generation of metallurgical technology and equipment will integrate the concept of circular economy into three functions: Iron and steel manufacturing, energy conversion, and dealing with social wastes. The three wastes will be substantially reduced to form industrial chains such as steel, electricity and cement (chemical industry).
