Encourage enterprises to continue to strengthen foreign trade

Since the beginning of this year, the market situation of international trade is becoming more and more serious, which is manifested by the partial pfer of international orders, the decrease of export profits, the increase of international trade disputes, and the increase of trade barriers.

In the first quarter of this year, although the export of Shaoxing county enterprises stabilized, the year-on-year growth rate was higher than that of the whole city and the whole province, but the growth rate was still slowing down.

To this end, Shaoxing county will continue to encourage enterprises to further expand the total volume of foreign trade self operated exports.

The export volume of the independent accounting enterprises that exported more than US $10 million or more over the year was higher than that of the previous year (excluding the base last year), which is $1 million per full.

RMB 20 thousand yuan, to encourage key foreign trade companies to buy local products exports, where the acquisition of local products for export amounted to 5 million US dollars or more (except for export excluding last year), the new amount of every $1 million reward of RMB 10 thousand yuan.

At the same time, Shaoxing county will also give different rewards to the export of processing trade to a certain proportion.

Reporters learned from the Shaoxing County Commerce Bureau that Shaoxing county has targeted incentives for these three different ways to expand the international market.

For enterprises to participate in Shaoxing County unified organization or encouraged to participate in the national (territory) outreach and textile city "global" docking activities, each booth grants 20 thousand yuan, and every booth in the territory grants 5000 yuan.

A half subsidy will be granted to enterprises that participate in the "global mobile exhibition hall" docking activities organized by the unified online Textile City.

On the other hand, every country should actively build an international marketing network, and then hire, purchase, build office buildings and warehouses on the ground, and the areas that export more than the specified number in the country where the foreign companies are registered and start the company's performance.

The corresponding amount of bonus will be awarded for the turnover of overseas contracted projects.

Supporting enterprises to prevent foreign trade risks

With the intensification of international market competition and the increase of international trade barriers, trade disputes and fraud cases also occur frequently.

The newly formulated opinions on the implementation of further strengthening the open economy indicate that the Shaoxing county government will grant subsidies to enterprises to insure export credit risks and deal with international trade disputes and other enterprises to actively guard against foreign trade risks.

In the case of insurance export credit insurance, the corresponding proportion of the actual payment amount of export credit insurance shall be subsidized in accordance with the annual export credit insurance premium, and the enterprises that will take part in the "two counter one guarantee" (anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures) will be subsidized according to the specific proportion of the actual cost of litigation that year.

In order to help enterprises understand the relevant international trade risk aversion knowledge and further strengthen international trade, Shaoxing county also set up special funds to carry out business guidance and training for enterprises to conduct laws and regulations on foreign trade operations, foreign trade operation monitoring, risk early warning and prevention, brand building, etc.
