The planned Taizhou Hengfeng international shoe material city has about 8000 shoe making enterprises in Taizhou, located in Wenling Hengfeng, Mu Yu, and the three major shoe industry towns in Hengfeng, Changyang Village, covering an area of 14638 square meters.
