The total area of the project is 97948 square meters (about 147 mu). The total construction area of the project is about 338 thousand square meters. The contents include International Pavilion, leather wholesale center, exhibition center and supporting commercial building. The project is scheduled to start before the end of 2013, and the exhibition center will be put into use in 2014. The International Pavilion and leather clothing wholesale center will be put into use in 2015. However, the company has not yet won the land for the project.

In addition, Haining leather city is going to Tianjin. Dongtai Century Investment Co., Ltd. signed a "cooperation agreement on Tianyi MALL-1 block in Dongli District, Tianjin". The two sides intend to establish a joint venture to develop and build the Tianjin Haining leather city project. The total investment of the project is about 530 million yuan. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 100 million yuan, and the capital contribution of Haining leather city is 80 million yuan, accounting for 80% of the registered capital.

The total construction area of the project is about 150 thousand square meters, of which the leather market is 112 thousand square meters, and the underground parking lot is about 38 thousand square meters. It is expected to start in 2013 and will be put into use in the three quarter of 2015.

Haining leather city said that it established a joint venture with Dongtai company and set up Tianjin Haining company, and developed and built Tianjin Haining.
