After the spray is finished, take the test sample and take out the absorbent paper. Then weigh it quickly and accurately to 0.1g. When the weight of the exudate water is <1g, it is qualified.

After 5 minutes, if the sample is not passed, the average sprinkling accuracy and the accuracy of each sprinkling can be calculated according to the highest number of sprinkling accuracy.

From table 2, we can see that the splashing water of post treated wood Spunlaced cloth is generally 4, which basically meets the requirements of water splashing for medical surgical suits, and the test results of spray experiments are also between 0.2g~0.4g, which meet the requirements of standard range between 0.1g~0.5g.
When the test result is greater than 0.5g, a groove mark will be formed on the surface of the spunlaced composite nonwoven fabric, which will seriously affect the commercial value and wearability of the product.

< p > the main factors affecting the permeability of spunlaced products are weight, structure and finishing process. From the comparison of Figure 2, it can be seen that the PT048W effect of wood pulp composite cloth permeability is best, because the weight of wood pulp paper in PT048W is only 28g, while the weight of wood pulp paper in other products is 38g, so its permeability is best. It can also be explained that the weight of wood pulp paper in the wood pulp composite cloth is bigger, and its air permeability is correspondingly worse.
Therefore, we need to continue to study, so that the permeability of wood pulp composite cloth can ensure that it is within reasonable limits even if the weight is increased.

From the comparison between table 3 and figure 3, we can see that the softness of PT048W is the best (the smaller the MD, the smaller the CD, the better the softness), because the minimum weight of wood pulp paper is, and the weight of PET layer is the smallest when the weight of wood pulp paper is the same. The better the softness, the better because the wood pulp paper itself has the characteristics of paper - hard, while the PET fiber is softer, so the lower the proportion of wood pulp paper in the wood pulp composite fabric, the better its softness.
However, in order to ensure the other characteristics of the surgical clothing, we can not make the proportion of wood pulp paper in the wood pulp composite cloth too low. This is also a subject we can study in the future.
