High strength vinylon has unique properties.

In the light aging box, the 192h xenon lamp irradiation experiments on ordinary polyester, cotton and high performance vinylon were carried out under the same conditions. The strength retention rates were: high strength polyvinylon 95%, polyester 83%, and cotton fiber 70%.

High performance vinylon has high strength, good dyeing and finishing properties, and superior to polyester and cotton light fastness.

At present, the technical indexes of high-strength vinylon produced by industrialization are: tensile breaking strength is greater than 8.0cN/dt, elongation at break is more than 12%, water softening point is more than 114 degrees C, and crimp number is more than 15 /25mm.

Fiber specifications include cotton, medium and wool products.

Various spinning methods can be used, such as ring spinning, CELO spinning, compact spinning, spun spinning, etc.

At present, high strength vinylon fabric has been applied to military and armed police training clothes.

The addition of 20% high strength vinylon on the basis of the original polyester cotton Training Dress increased the strength by 30%. The leveling resistance index increased to 125 times from the original training standard 125 times to 900 times the new standard, which increased to 7.2 times.
