According to the provisions of the contract law of the People's Republic of China, in order to clarify the relationship between Party A and Party B's rights and obligations, the two parties have signed the agreement through consultation.

Article 1: rental housing
Party A will lease the premises with a total area of square meters in Wuhan to be used by Party B.
Second:
Lease term
The lease term is for another month. Party A will deliver the rental housing to Party B from the date of the month, and recover it on the date of the year.
If Party B has one of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate the contract and recover the house:
1, Party B sublease the house without authorization, pfer or lend it to others.
2, Party B uses rental housing for illegal activities to damage public interest;
3, Party B's arrears of rent accumulated for up to a month;
When the lease term expires, the lease relationship will be terminated naturally. Party A shall not notify Party B separately. If both parties intend to renew the lease, they may renew the lease three months before the expiry date, and agree on the reasonable rent and renewal contract.
Third: rent
The monthly rent is RMB.

Fourth: agreement matters
1. The electricity and water charges, gas charges and telephone charges inside and outside the house shall be borne by the party from the date of the arrival of Party B to the date of expiry of the lease period.
2, Party A shall undertake the repair obligation of the house to be rented, and Party B shall cooperate with the repair work.
Party B shall properly use and manage the internal and external equipment of the rental housing. Without the consent of Party A, Party B can not alter the building structure and equipment without authorization.
3, Party B shall not make use of rental housing for illegal activities or storage of dangerous articles, affecting public safety.
4, on the day of the expiration of the lease, Party B shall return the rent without any conditions without rehousing, and return the premises to the first party after the inventory is counted.
Party B should clear the furniture and articles for the purpose of its own use. It should not be retained intentionally. If the party fails to move it, it will be regarded as Party B's abandonment of its ownership.
For those who do not move out of time, Party A may bring a lawsuit to the people's court, and all losses shall be compensated by Party B.
5, both parties shall not terminate the contract without any reason during the lease term, but Party B must notify party a fifteen days in advance for the special circumstances to check out, and pay one month's rent as compensation.
If party a really needs to recover the house for personal use, it must also inform Party B fifteen days in advance, paying the rent for one month as compensation for the relocation of Party B and returning the rent to Party B under the full lease term.
6, Party A shall provide all the legal documents for the above premises, such as property rights and other issues affecting the use of housing in the tenancy period, and all losses caused by Party A shall be borne by Party A.
Fifth: change of Party A and Party B
1, if Party A pfers property ownership to the third party, the contract will continue to be effective for the new owner.
2, party a must inform Party B three months before selling the house, and Party B has the right of preemption under the same conditions.
3, when Party B needs to swap houses with third people, Party A should agree with party a first.
Sixth: liability for breach of contract
1, Party A fails to deliver the rental housing to Party B in accordance with the contract terms mentioned above, Party A shall compensate Party B for this.
2, Party A fails to repair the premises on time, and causes financial losses and personal injury to Party B.
3, Party B shall be liable for damages if Party B fails to manage the use of housing and facilities to Party A.
4. If Party B intentionally fails to pay the rent in advance, he shall pay one month's rent as compensation in addition to the timely supplement.
In case of exceptional circumstances, the two parties can resolve the matter temporarily without paying the rent.
5. If Party B subcontracts the house to others for breach of contract, Party A has the right to recover the house he has rented, and has the right to retain the rent before the expiry of Party B's compensation as Party B's liquidated damages for compensation.
If the rental housing is damaged, Party B shall also be liable for compensation.
Seventh: exemption conditions
The house shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by force majeure.
Eighth: the solution to disputes.
1. If there is any dispute in the performance of this contract, the two parties can negotiate and resolve the dispute.
1) apply for mediation or arbitration to the Wuhan Arbitration Commission; ()
2) bring a lawsuit to the people's court where the house is located.

The ninth article, the unsettled matters in this contract, shall be supplemented by the mutual agreement between the two parties in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract law of the People's Republic of China, and the supplementary provisions shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
Tenth, the original contract is in two copies, and each party shall have one copy. The contract will become effective after signing and sealing the contract.
