The yarn thickness used in the color weaving technology painting is only 1/20 of the cross stitch line, and the cost is only 1/10 of cross stitch, so it looks more delicate and has better simulation.

Speaking of its technical difficulties, Liang said that it lies in its knitting process as well as its programming links.

Take weaving as an example, weaving cloth of the same color will only be done in a row of rows with needles pulling the same color line.

And the width of the color woven technology painting can reach up to 2 meters, the length can be infinite, and the color needs very much.

When the photos are stored on the computer, all the colors on the photos are pferred to the knitting machine through data instructions. When a knitting machine runs at most, there are 4000 needles running at the same time, and the same line of a picture may have more than 10 different colors. Therefore, through programming, the machine needs to be mobilized at different times to bring different colors into different threads to weave. It is possible that a needle should change several lines in a few seconds, which is a very complicated process.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Beibei science and Technology Commission, at present, when the technology is completed, the weaving time of the conventional products can be controlled at 15~20 minutes. The large picture, such as the picture with a single area of 4 square meters, can be controlled within 90 minutes, and has the technical conditions for mass production.

Professor Liang said that the painting technology is not only a work of art, but also a practical product of life.

It can use fiber materials and textile technology to recreate the authenticity of original photography, and can also be made into wall hangings for hotels or families.
