I believe that most of the friends who are not doing well in the workplace are related to their first job.

The first step is wrong, and then we often make mistakes.

Why? Preconceptions! Don't belittle this phenomenon. Actually, it has a great influence on people's subconscious.

Haier's IT products such as mobile phones and computers are not selling well, but a lot of it is due to first impressions: it is generally believed that Haier is a synonym for home appliances rather than a synonym for IT.

For job seekers, this idea will also affect your future development.

Your first job will have an impact on your future job. When you start job hopping, your new employer will judge if you are qualified for the job through your first work experience.

Once a college student wanted to plan after graduation, he found an advertising company.

When I first entered the company, I was assigned to the copywriting office because of my good writing style.

So once you have a job experience, it's very difficult to start again.

Unless you know the top leaders of the company, you can get a chance. Otherwise, it will be difficult.

Entering the first three years of the workplace is the most important and crucial period for a person's career growth.

If you focus your attention on riding on your horse, you will waste your most valuable youth, and your growth will be slower than others. Many opportunities for advancement will be lost.

Therefore, we must be cautious in dealing with the first job.

Looking for a job is like getting married. If you want to get married, you can't mess it up.

If you have just entered the workplace less than 3 years ago, I advise you to make a career plan as early as possible.

Once you get married and buy a house, it's too late for you to make up for it again!
