Q: what is the essence of the red collar mode? If we want to make a suit in a red collar, what is the whole process?

Zhang Daili: the pattern of red collar is tailor-made. The clothes I wear are custom-made. If it is not a custom made dress, people feel that I am 70 years old and wear custom clothes, so I think I am 60 years old. The red collar is customized through the form of network and with the efficiency of industrialization. The cost has only increased by one point compared with the mass production of industrialization.

Q: the first step of customization is how to import data.

Zhang Daili: we have made four plans for customization.

Q: the most important thing for customization is volume. How much data do you need to collect the red collar? How can we ensure the accuracy of the data?

Zhang: in the past few years, no one has standardized the volume. The red collar has created a standardized volume method. It only takes 45 hours to train a zero base person and collect 24 data from 19 locations.

Q: to combine data with industrialization is very complicated. How did it work? How long did it take?

Zhang Daili: by the end of this year, the red collar has been used for 12 years to get the path through. Zhang Daili: the red collar network customization platform has not been formally launched until now. The plan is formally launched in January 1, 2015. After it is launched, it is expected that there will be twenty thousand or thirty thousand sets of personalized clothing production next year.

The American market in New York is experimenting, but at first it wasn't that we got the market to hand. It was the Americans who searched the whole world and couldn't find a factory that could make mass customization, and they found a red collar. In 2003, a Harvard student in the United States went to China to find a customized supplier through a Chinese student from a tutor.

They found ten companies in China. They almost looked for the best and the biggest ones in China. Both of them introduced the red collar, but at that time there was only a red collar, an enterprise in the north of the Yangtze River, and others in the south of the Yangtze River. They went directly to Shanghai, and had been looking for a whole month, and no one was willing to make personalized customization.

On the last day, they had to leave. There was also a business called red collar in Shandong. At that time, they thought that Shandong should not be able to do so. Zhang Daili: the customization of Western-style clothes is the most difficult one. I think it has a good reference for other industries. The red collar has spent more than 10 years and invested hundreds of millions of dollars to make a pattern. If it's a manufacturing industry, as long as we learn this method to complete the transformation, we can change from the original passive to the active, from the original low profit to the high profit.

We now do not work overtime at all, because the method has changed, work efficiency has increased in unit time, and pollution has been reduced. We have made a set of custom-made solutions, the traditional industrial transformation and upgrading system methodology, our method can be copied to all walks of life clothing, can also be copied to other industries.

Q: red collar is no longer a garment factory of Western-style clothes. It is more like a data factory. Zhang: 10 years ago, when we started making customization, we found it very difficult. One person, one size, one person, one version, one person, one specification, basically can not solve this problem.

However, because we are determined to make a decision, there is no way to go, we can not fight with them to human relations, only to the market, I studied data ten years ago, our database has more than 1 trillion tons of data to support the healthy operation of the system.
