Reporters noted that after deducting the issuance costs, the card slave road will use all the net proceeds of the fund to invest in the "fashionable buyer shop O2O project", "Italy LEVITASS.P.A.51% equity acquisition and DirkBikkembergs brand marketing network construction project", repay bank loans and supplement liquidity.
According to the plan, the card slave road will invest 444 million yuan to build the "fashionable buyer shop O2O project". The project mainly includes online fashion e-commerce platform and offline fashion buyer shop, and unified operation through O2O business mode, in order to actively promote the company to embrace the Internet in depth.
