Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Busen costumes) announced the 2016 half yearly report, which shows that the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies is 23 million yuan in the reporting period, and operating income has dropped 15.26% compared with the same period last year.

From the announcement, we learned the details of Busen's clothing, of which the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies amounted to -0.23 billion yuan, compared with -0.06 billion in the same period last year, up 298.21% from the same period last year, and the operating income was 152 million yuan, down 15.26% from 179 million yuan in the same period last year. Net profit from the non recurring gains and losses attributable to shareholders of the upper city company was -0.23 billion, compared with -0.07 billion in the same period last year, up 249.95% from the same period last year.

Up to the end of the reporting period, the total assets of the company were 640 million yuan, compared with 685 million yuan in the same period last year, down 6.51% from the same period last year. The net assets attributable to shareholders of listed companies amounted to 495 million yuan, down 4.45% from the 519 million yuan a year earlier.

In addition, the net cash flow generated by business activities was -0.106 billion yuan, a decrease of 3.81% yuan in the same period last year, and a decrease of 300% compared with the same period last year. The basic earnings per share and diluted earnings per share were all -0.16 yuan, up from -0.04 yuan in the same period last year, up by 300% compared with the same period last year. The weighted average return on net assets was -4.55%, which was 3.40% lower than that of last year's -1.15%.
