The Two Enlarged Meeting Of The Seven Council Of The China Textile Research Association Will Be Held In Yinchuan To Launch The Textile And Environmental Protection Special Development Fund.

In July 16th, the second enlarged meeting of the Seventh Council of China Textile Planning Research Institute was held in Yinchuan.

Xia Lingmin, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Industry Federation, Li Jincai, President of China Textile planning and Research Association, executive director of China Textile Planning Research Association, Feng Dehu, executive vice president Yu Yizheng, etc., attended by more than 40 representatives of the vice presidents and directors of the Research Association.

Xia Lingmin, vice chairman of the China Federation of textile industry, delivered a speech at the address. He said that under the background of the new era, the seven member composition of the research society has also been adjusted. It is mainly composed of leading enterprises in various professional fields of textile industry, various listed companies in textile and garment industry, textile and garment universities and research institutes, and the chamber of Commerce of various textile and garment associations.

Based on the development needs of textile and garment industry and market development needs, the work orientation is also an important work of the research society to carry out research and promotion of the textile industry's industrial economy, industrial technology, industrial finance, and integration of production and city.

Xia Lingmin fully affirmed the effectiveness of the four research and development centers jointly established by the Research Institute and China Textile and clothing education association and some other universities.

He pointed out that the Research Council should give full play to the role of the member units, and effectively integrate with the professional associations of the Federation, play the advantage of the joint fleet, and further strengthen the service methods and means.

The Research Council should organize more discussions on thematic, leading and forward-looking topics, accurately examine the development trend and enterprise development strategy of the pulse industry and some key professional fields, and provide more research results and exploration experiences for the development of the industry and enterprise services.

On the Council, President Li Jincai made a report on the work of the 2017/2018 Research Conference.

He said that since the establishment of the seven Council, with the support and concerted efforts of the broad member units, the work has been carried out in an orderly and steady manner around the research and development goals, annual plans and new tasks.

Last year, we focused on and successfully completed the construction and development goals of "one product and three platforms".

At the meeting, Wang Chunsheng, deputy secretary general, made a note on the financial revenue and expenditure of the Research Institute in 2017.

Yu Yizheng introduced the key work of the Research Council in the first half of 2018 in detail.

He said that on the basis of the A competition system (Asys.12) of the textile and garment industry listed company performance evaluation system developed last year, the research organization will upgrade the system, further improve the evaluation system, and strengthen the means of consulting services to listed companies, which will play an increasingly important role.

He also introduced in detail since last year's fourth quarter since the research conference has responded positively to the China Textile Union's "three years of action plan for integration of industry and finance", explored the cooperation between industry and capital, organized the development of the textile printing and dyeing wastewater zero discharge project, and initiated the progress of the establishment of the textile industry environmental protection special fund.

Feng Dehu made a summary of the meeting and introduced to the Council on the key work plan and arrangements of the second half of the year.

He said that the key task of the second half of the study is to combine zero emission projects and organize textiles.
