Fujian 2018 Import And Export Data: Clothing Export 85 Billion 250 Million Yuan

The Fujian provincial chamber of Commerce has released relevant data on the import of bulk commodities in Fujian in 2018.

The following is the data bulletin:

In 2018, imports of commodities were mixed.

The average import price of crude oil increased by 33.2% compared with the same period last year. The import volume of our province decreased by 1.3%, the import volume was 31 billion 100 million yuan, the increase was 28.1%, the average price of copper ore imports increased by 5.6%, the import volume of our province increased by 39.2%, the import volume was 13 billion 370 million yuan, and the growth rate was 30.9%.

The average import price of coal and lignite rose by 4.5%, the import volume of our province decreased by 6.2%, the import volume was 17 billion 230 million yuan, and the import price dropped by 6.7%. The average import price of iron ore imports decreased by 0.3%, and the import volume of our province decreased by 11.1%, with the import volume 29 billion 470 million yuan and 9.6% decrease.

The average import price of soybeans increased by 4.2%, the import volume of our province decreased by 14.4%, and the import volume was 13 billion 370 million yuan, down 14.5%.

In addition, Fujian has released the following key data:

In 2018, the export of mechanical and electrical products in our province was 278 billion 690 million yuan, an increase of 8% over the same period, and 102 billion 860 million yuan of new and high technology products, an increase of 2.9%.

Among them, the automatic data processing equipment and its components exported 28 billion 310 million yuan, an increase of 15.5%.

Seven categories of labor-intensive products totaled 270 billion 370 million yuan, an increase of 3.3%.

Among them, furniture exports 26 billion 620 million yuan, an increase of 13.9%; luggage 16 billion 770 million yuan, an increase of 13.9%; toys 4 billion 710 million yuan, an increase of 11.5%; plastic products 16 billion 980 million yuan, an increase of 11.3%; textiles 48 billion 790 million yuan, 4.3% growth; footwear 71 billion 160 million yuan, an increase of 71 billion 160 million.

Clothing exports 85 billion 350 million yuan, down 2.8%.

Agricultural products exported 66 billion 120 million yuan, an increase of 9.7%, of which aquatic products exported 42 billion 10 million yuan, an increase of 6.6%.

In 2018, the total import and export volume of the province was 1 trillion and 235 billion 430 million yuan, an increase of 6.6% over the same period last year.

Among them, exports were 761 billion 560 million yuan, an increase of 7.1%; imports of 473 billion 870 million yuan, an increase of 5.8%.

There are 2419 newly established foreign-invested enterprises, and the actual use of foreign capital is 30 billion 530 million yuan, an increase of 3.03%.

Retail sales of consumer goods totaled 1 trillion and 431 billion 740 million yuan, an increase of 10.8%.

In 2018, trade between Fujian and Taiwan totaled 78 billion 600 million yuan, an increase of 1.5% over the same period last year, 31 billion 850 million yuan for Taiwan exports, an increase of 7.9%, and 46 billion 750 million yuan from Taiwan's imports, a decrease of 2.5%.
