Among them, the main business of outdoor products reached 1 billion 337 million yuan in 2018, a decrease of 5.85% compared with the same period last year. It is worth noting that according to the gem trading rules, net profit losses for three consecutive years will be suspended. And the Pathfinder's net profit loss for two consecutive years is crucial in 2019.
The same risk is worn by the hat "*ST" and Sanfo outdoor. In 2018, Sanfo's outdoor business income was 420 million yuan, an increase of 19.62% over the same period last year, resulting in a net profit of 5 million 28 thousand and 700 yuan attributable to shareholders of listed companies, an increase of 138.96% over the same period last year. Despite a double increase in revenues and net profits, after deducting non recurring gains and losses, the actual net profit loss was 849 thousand and 400 yuan. In addition, the government subsidy and financial products income in 2018 were 2 million 332 thousand yuan and 5 million 248 thousand yuan respectively, accounting for 36.1% and 81.3% of the total profits respectively. Prior to 2017, Sanfo outdoors profit loss of nearly 13 million yuan, according to two consecutive years of loss is included in the provisions of the delisting warning, if there is no government subsidies and financial income support in 2018, Sanfo outdoor also has the possibility of being "*ST".
In 2018, the business income of Mu Gao Di was 551 million yuan, up 6.85% over the same period last year, and the net profit attributable to the listed shareholders was 41 million 191 thousand and 900 yuan, down 17.69% compared with the same period last year.
Now, in the face of more than 20 billion of the ice and snow equipment market opportunities, who is the most likely to win the Pathfinder, Sanfo outdoor and the animal husbandry? It can be seen that these enterprises have increased the intensity of spanformation and adjustment.
Pathfinder has once again focused on the outdoor industry again, focusing on the strategic direction of resource integration and layout around the main industry, and reducing the proportion of related tourism sector business. From a quarterly report this year, the Pathfinder realized a net profit of 40 million 480 thousand yuan (government subsidy 11 million 870 thousand yuan) attributable to shareholders of listed companies, an increase of 82.45% over the same period last year. The operating income of this period was 320 million 703 thousand yuan, representing a decrease of 27.06% compared with the same period last year. However, the main business of outdoor products achieved 233 million yuan, an increase of 16.05% over the same period last year.
In the recent (June 5th) evening, the Pathfinder also announced that it sold nearly 78 million 850 thousand yuan to sell its own property at the 21 floor of the international A block 6, Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing, so as to effectively revitalize the company's stock assets and obtain more funds to support the development of its business.
Sanfo outdoor said that on the basis of maintaining the multi brand and multi category integrated sales, it will focus on strengthening the product development and brand promotion of its own brand SANFO PLUS, and appropriately extending to the upstream of the industrial chain, acting more high-quality outdoor sports brands, and adding ice and snow products agents.
In May 26th, Sanfo signed a strategic cooperation contract with X-BIONIC AG, the parent of X-BIONIC, the famous international fashion and sports brand. X-BIONIC has about 800 patents registered internationally, and iF ranks nineteenth in global innovation. It won 34 German red dot design awards, 71 Plus X awards, more than 600 international awards and test champions. In the past five years, more than 1000 athletes wearing X-BIONIC products won medals in major ice and snow events around the world. It is reported that the two sides will bind deep cooperation in many ways, and plan to launch a new series of products to China and the international market this fall and winter.
From the trend of outdoor brand giants, we can see that the attraction of a nearly ice and snow outdoor market is large, and there is no lack of equipment manufacturing factories and technologies in China. The importance of brand to outdoor sports equipment is obvious.
