According to the "implementation plan of Yancheng chemical industry safety and environmental protection improvement" issued by the municipal Party committee and municipal government in June 14, 2019, all chemical production enterprises in Yancheng City chemical industry park are required to carry out safety and environmental protection improvement and upgrading. "Yancheng City chemical industry safety and environmental protection implementation plan" is required. The company chose to continue production in order to better comply with the government's unified deployment arrangements, cooperate with Jiangsu Ji Hua's safety and environmental protection investigation and assessment, and make plans for rectification according to the assessment, and accept relevant departments' acceptance.
