A few days ago, in the printing and dyeing workshop of Zhejiang golden shuttle printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., along with the roar of machines, several automatic production lines were continuously running, and the colorful fabric finished products were fresh. "All these data need to be counted manually, and now they are all handed over to the machine." Tong Yunxia, vice chairman of the company, told reporters that the production execution system called MES can accurately update the data on raw material consumption, energy consumption and production quantity in the production process. "Not only the labor cost is reduced, but also helps us analyze the order status and arrange the output."

As a pilot project of traditional industry transformation in Lanxi Province, after many years of development, the textile industry of China still faces challenges such as low profit margins, weak innovation, insufficient talent support, rising factor cost and hindered industrial chain extension. In recent years, Lanxi has persisted in the direction of digitalized transformation, and has made great efforts to promote the intelligent transformation of "machine substitutions" in the textile industry so as to realize the all-round optimization and upgrading of production equipment, technology, enterprise management and sales channels.

Last year, the expert group of the provincial intelligent manufacturing expert committee was stationed in Lanxi to help local enterprises carry out the work of "enterprise digital manufacturing and platform based services". With the guidance of experts, Jinzhu textile printing, Xinlan textile, Qi Jin textile, wechen textile and Xinhai Textile Corporation continue to deepen the project of digitalization transformation of enterprises.

A series of measures achieved remarkable results. "At present, Lanxi has more than 3 leading looms in the world, which can produce 2.2 meters of white cloth per kilowatt hour, far higher than the average level of 0.7 meters in the same industry in China, and less than 30 workers per 10000 spindles, far below the average level of 80 people in the same industry in China." Sun Weidong, deputy director of Lanxi economic and Information Bureau, said.

The road of intelligent development is more and more firm. In June 26th, at the Lanxi China cotton textile industry innovation and development conference hosted by the China Cotton Textile Industry Association and the municipal government of Lanxi, Lanxi formally launched the creation of the textile industry intelligent manufacturing demonstration city. It plans to gradually realize the equipment networking, data visualization, paperless, transparent process, less workshop and service platform of Lanxi textile enterprises through 3 years or so, and build a batch of intelligent production lines, intelligent workshops and intelligent projects. "This is an inevitable choice to take the road of innovation and development and green intelligence development, and it is also a specific measure to promote the development of high quality industries." Lanxi municipal Party committee chief responsible person said.
