In April 2020, during the epidemic prevention and control period, Rizhao police took the initiative to carry out online research and judgment involving intellectual property rights. At present, it has been found out that a certain hot stamping company in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, has a clear division of labor in the production of counterfeit products. From customer contracting, trademark design, film production to trademark color printing and plate making, a series of processes are in charge of by special personnel. Counterfeit trademarks involving 27 well-known brands were sold to 13 provinces. At present, the case is under further investigation.
