Give 100 Printing And Dyeing Engineers Face To Face With Enterprises For The High Quality Development Of The Industry

Recently, the "three services" of 100 printing and dyeing engineers organized by the district printing and dyeing Service Center entered the enterprise activity, which was officially launched in Keqiao printing and dyeing industry engineers collaborative innovation center. In the first activity, Keqiao Textile Industry Innovation Research Institute of Xi'an Engineering University, Keqiao Textile Industry Technology Center of Jiangnan University, Shaoxing Innovation Research Institute of Donghua University, and textile whole industry chain testing center were divided into three groups, namely, Zhejiang Yuexin printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang xinsanyin printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Weiyi Industrial Co., Ltd "Face to face" will boost the quality and efficiency of enterprises.

"Textile printing and dyeing as a traditional industry, originally our enterprises rely on experience to do, such activities will have a better role in promoting enterprise process improvement, energy conservation and emission reduction." Zhao Haifeng, general manager of Zhejiang Weiyi Industrial Co., Ltd., welcomed the engineers. When visiting Zhejiang xinsanyin printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., Ren Xiaofeng, deputy chief engineer of Keqiao Textile Industry Technology Center of Jiangnan University, and several other engineers listened to the demands of the enterprise. "We discuss issues that need to be improved in environmental protection and energy conservation, such as waste treatment, heat recovery and heavy metals exceeding the standard." Ren Xiaofeng said that in the later stage, we will carry out technical research on the problems that perplex the development of enterprises.

During the same period, three technical training and exchange activities were held to enhance the professional quality and skills of employees. The relevant personnel of the printing and dyeing service center of the district said that the series of activities aimed to bring engineers to the front line of enterprises, help enterprises solve technical pain points and difficulties, promote the application of a number of mature scientific and technological achievements, and absorb good engineers of enterprises into the team, so as to promote the high-quality development of printing and dyeing industry.

The "three services" of 100 printing and dyeing engineers are organized by the printing and dyeing service center of the district. All the printing and dyeing engineers are from Keqiao printing and dyeing industry engineers collaborative innovation center. It is reported that the printing and dyeing industry engineer collaborative innovation center takes the "engineer" team construction as the main line, adopts the enterprise operation mode, carries out the service of tackling common technical problems, introducing and cultivating the engineer team, and promoting and applying mature technologies, and establishes four major centers, namely, technical service, technology promotion, research incubation and technical exchange. At present, a total of 304 engineers have been gathered. The innovation center regards the digital transformation of printing and dyeing enterprises as "No. 1 project", and promotes the first 12 printing and dyeing enterprises to implement digital transformation.
