Shanghai Longtou (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") held the 16th meeting of the 10th board of directors of the company by means of communication voting on May 24, 2021. The meeting deliberated and passed the resolution on changing the company's registered address and revising the articles of association. In view of the needs of the overall planning for the construction of the medical industrial park by Dongfang International Group Shanghai Health Technology Development Co., Ltd., 584 manufacturing Bureau Road, Shanghai, the company hereby requests Shanghai Longtou (Group) Co., Ltd. to move out of its original registered place.
