On August 3, 2021, the China Association for the middle class organized an expert group to reevaluate the R & D base of elastic nonwovens and membrane materials for China based on Shandong hengpeng sanitary products Co., Ltd. After on-the-spot investigation, debriefing, inquiry and discussion, the expert group gave constructive opinions on the three-year construction achievements and future planning of the base in terms of product R & D direction, talent construction, market expansion and industry university research linkage, and agreed that the three-year development achievements were outstanding and the construction was effective.

The second is to break through the key common technologies of green development. Energy saving and clean production is an important way of green production and circular economy in nonwoven industry. Third, further promote the application of high-end, intelligent and diversified achievements. As the industry benchmark, the base enterprises should highlight the demonstration and leading role, take the lead in exploring intelligent, digital and new business models, actively upgrade the traditional industrial system, actively participate in industry activities, and attach importance to brand promotion.
