Jihua Group (601718): Yuan Haili Resigns As Chairman
Jihua Group (601718. SH) announced that the board of directors of the company recently received written resignation reports from Chairman yuan Haili and director and general manager Mr. Duan Yinhai. Mr. Yuan Haili resigned from the position of chairman, director, strategic committee and Nomination Committee of the board of directors due to work change; Mr. Duan Yinhai resigned from the position of director, member of strategy committee and general manager of the company due to job change.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, the resignation reports of Mr. Yuan Haili and Mr. Duan Yinhai shall come into effect when they are delivered to the board of directors. After resignation, they will no longer hold any post in the company.
