Its business scope includes research and development of prevention and control technology, technical service and technical consultation. The company's shareholders are composed of Changshan Beiming and Shijiazhuang zhouze enterprise management center (limited partnership), holding 98% and 2% respectively.
Changshan Beiming was established on December 29, 1998, with a registered capital of 1.599 billion yuan and Xiao Rongzhi as its legal representative. Its business scope includes computer software technology development, technical service, technical consultation, etc. The company is mainly owned by Shijiazhuang Changshan Textile Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Beiming Weiye Holding Co., Ltd. holding 10.52% and Linzhi Tencent Investment Management Co., Ltd. holding 2.68%.
