Visited textile enterprises mainly produce rotor spun recycled cotton yarn, which can produce 50000 tons of recycled yarn annually after reaching the capacity. The enterprise said that downstream fabric enterprises were cautious in stocking this year, and the market situation of recycled yarn was lower than that of the same period in 2024. In order to improve product quality and enhance competitiveness, the enterprise plans to increase the production of ring spinning recycled cotton yarn. At present, the cotton textile market is heavily involved. In order to avoid homogeneous competition and improve the added value of products, enterprises actively extend the industrial chain, and weaving, printing and dyeing projects are also accelerating.

The research team communicated with cotton traders and chemical fiber enterprises about the supply and demand of raw materials market and the impact of China US tariff policies on China's textile and clothing industry chain. Faced with the current "internal" competition, enterprises should increase market research and product development, enter the new track with differentiated products, avoid excessive internal friction, and do a good job in supply chain management, and cooperate with upstream and downstream to open up new markets.
