Enter Hubei Tianmen And Seek A New Path For The Development Of Apparel E-Commerce
Recently, a delegation led by the "Digital Intelligence, Fashion and Circulation" research team of the Circulation Branch of the China Textile Industry Federation went to Tianmen City, Hubei Province to investigate the development of the clothing e-commerce industry, and conducted in-depth exchanges with local governments, industry associations and enterprise representatives around information construction, artificial intelligence applications, industrial development and changes, To jointly discuss the development trend of Tianmen clothing e-commerce industry in the next stage.
Analysis of digital application effect of Tianmen E-commerce
Focusing on information construction, artificial intelligence application and other contents, the research team visited the operation management center of the "Tianmen Yishang" clothing e-commerce supply chain platform and Fanwei Clothing, and had in-depth exchanges with relevant responsible persons to understand the actual application.
The supply chain information platform of "Tianmen Yishang" is led by Tianmen Municipal Government. With the supply chain platform data center as the core, it integrates supply and demand docking, commodity trading, logistics support, financial services, data visualization and other functional modules, and provides digital services for enterprises by integrating clothing industry chain resources. Since the platform was officially launched in April, it has served 17000 industrial users. Through in-depth exchanges, the research team learned that the current platform has initially built a service ecosystem of the clothing industry chain, but there is still room for progress in functional synergy, data accuracy and user experience. In the future, we need to focus on promoting the standardization of data interfaces and optimization of service functions, and continue to improve the value of the platform by relying on technology upgrading and operation iteration.
In terms of investigating the application of artificial intelligence, the research team visited Fanwei Clothing and had in-depth exchanges with Gao Ming, the head of the enterprise. It is understood that as early as 2023, the enterprise began to pay attention to and use the relevant tools of AI applications, taking "AI image and text processing" as the starting point, and using intelligent technology to assist online operations of clothing e-commerce. In the past two years, with the iterative upgrading of AI technology, enterprises have independently developed an intelligent application system suitable for clothing e-commerce scenarios through the integration of multi platform AI tool resources. Businesses can achieve one click zero basic operation through "drag generation". At present, the enterprise has carried out AI application related services for more than 20 local enterprises in Tianmen, and customized scene videos for customers in Qianjiang, Xiantao and other places, effectively replacing the traditional high cost commercial shooting mode.
Investigate the development and changes of Tianmen e-commerce industry
Focusing on the recent development and changes of the clothing e-commerce industry in Tianmen, the research team visited the China (Tianmen) clothing e-commerce city and the starting point industrial park on the spot, and had in-depth exchanges with relevant leaders to understand the industry development trends and future planning.
At the starting point industrial park, the research team held a discussion with Fei Wen, president of Tianmen Garment E-commerce Industry Association, to understand the recent development trend of Tianmen Garment E-commerce industry. Chairman Fei introduced that with Tianmen Garment E-commerce enterprises setting up overseas warehouses in Southeast Asia market, the scale of local cross-border e-commerce business has significantly improved, and the industry still maintains firm confidence in overseas market expansion. In particular, he pointed out that Tianmen Garment Industry has gradually broken away from the low price competition mode and turned to the quality and benefit development path through strengthening quality control and optimizing supply chain management. Looking forward to the future, we will focus on the development strategy of "industrial belt holding together", rely on the construction of "Tianmen Yishang" regional public brand, and focus on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the apparel e-commerce industry to the high-end and branding direction, so as to realize the dual improvement of the industrial chain value and product added value.
In China (Tianmen) Garment E-commerce Mall, the research team entered Wuhan Pincheng Weichuang Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pincheng E-commerce"), which officially signed a contract to settle in Tianmen in February this year. It is understood that Pincheng E-Commerce, founded in August 2012, is a brand clothing e-commerce enterprise focusing on the design, research and development, production, sales and supply chain services of brand clothing. It mainly operates men's clothing, children's clothing, women's clothing and other categories of products through all channels of e-commerce, with an annual sales of more than 3 billion yuan, more than 200 online stores, and an average daily shipment of more than 400000 pieces, It is an e-commerce enterprise of Hubei Toutou Clothing. Pincheng's e-commerce integrated base in Tianmen covers an area of about 26000 square meters, covering supply chain services, warehousing, sorting, logistics and delivery. It has begun to operate in an orderly manner, and will be further adjusted and upgraded in the future to create an intelligent "Tianmen Warehouse".
Discuss the new blueprint of high-quality development
During the survey, the circulation branch of China Textile Federation also had in-depth exchanges with Tianmen on the preparations for the 2025 China (Tianmen) International Garment E-commerce Festival to be held on June 28. Next, the two sides will focus on core issues such as "cross-border e-commerce, artificial intelligence, regional brand building, and industrial resource docking" to promote related work, jointly promote the brand promotion, resource integration, and achievement implementation of the clothing e-commerce festival, and strive to build the e-commerce festival into a "smart empowerment" industry event.
