At 11 a.m. on August 25th, Yang Donghui, Zhang Yankai, vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Association, executive vice chairman of the textile industry branch of the China International Trade Promotion Council, Yang Zhaohua, President of China Household Textile Industry Association, Du Chenghua, executive director of Frankfurt Exhibition Co., Shi Zhendong, vice mayor of Haining, Zhejiang, deputy director of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Yuhang, attended the signing ceremony of the 2011 China International Home Textiles and Accessories Expo. Under the situation of expanding domestic demand, China International Home Textiles and accessories (Expo) Fair was born.

Yang Zhaohua, President of the China Household Textile Industry Association, said that the spring and summer textile exhibition in 2011 was sponsored by the China Household Textile Industry Association, the China Textile Association of the International Trade Promotion Council and the Frankfurt Exhibition (Hongkong) Limited. It was co sponsored by Zhejiang Hangzhou Yuhang Home Textile Association and Zhejiang Haining Home Textile Association. The exhibition area is expected to be 30000 square meters.
Yang Donghui, vice president of China Textile Industry Association, said that every year 3 and April are the peak season for curtain and bed products ordering in China. Therefore, enterprises need a strong and professional platform for communication.
China International Home Textiles and accessories (Chun Xia) Fair was chosen to meet the needs of the domestic market and contribute to stimulating domestic demand.
Zhang Yankai, vice president of the China Textile Industry Association, said that the financial crisis that broke out in 2008 made many domestic enterprises focusing on the international market recognize a fact: at present, the international market is stirring and the domestic market is as solid as a rock.
Especially in home textile industry, this situation is particularly prominent.
In a good market situation, enterprises are eager to keep pace with the times, learn from the strong, and share experiences with peers.
As a result, China International Home Textiles and accessories (Chun Xia) exposition came into being.

The development of the domestic textile market and the expectation of the exhibition are evident from the exhibition.
In a short span of 20 days, the exhibition was completed.
Due to the limited venue, many enterprises failed to participate in the exhibition.
Yang Zhaohua said: "the popularity of this year's exhibition reflects the great enthusiasm of the exhibitors. Therefore, the spring furniture fair 2012 will move to Shanghai and Pudong for greater exhibition space."
Both Haining and Yuhang are the early industrial clusters with long history in the Yangtze River Delta.

Xu Ying, executive vice president of the textile industry branch of the China Council for the promotion of international trade, said that the enterprises expressed confidence in the first spring and summer textile exhibitions. The spring and summer home textile exhibition will benefit from the development experience of the autumn and winter exhibitions and the accumulated brand effect and the resources of merchants. Although it is from the same sponsor, the positioning of spring and summer exhibitions and autumn and winter exhibitions is different.
First, home textile enterprises and clusters will display products in different seasons at the two exhibition.
Secondly, the spring and summer home textile exhibition mainly aims at the domestic market, with the international market, while the autumn home textile exhibition focuses on the international market.
Xu Yingxin said that regardless of spring and summer home textile exhibitions or autumn and winter textile exhibitions, they are closely related to the support of enterprises.
