Shantou's inspection and quarantine department has the following three aspects: first, we should understand the latest regulations of the international market as soon as possible, especially the export of American textiles, which require more attention to the mandatory standard requirements for safety performance; two, strictly register and register the major raw and auxiliary materials for production, strictly monitor the production of key raw materials and auxiliary materials, strictly organize the production according to the importing countries or technical regulations and standards, make unqualified raw and auxiliary materials not put into production, do not go out of the original products, avoid export risks to the maximum extent; three, actively explore diversified markets, disperse export risks, and actively carry out overseas market research, while vigorously consolidating traditional export markets, and vigorously develop new emerging market countries with low technical barriers.

Since this year, the developed countries, such as Europe and America, have increased technical barriers to trade in China's textile and garment industry, and are demanding more and more stringent on the safety, health, environmental protection and anti fraud of clothing products.

According to the latest regulations issued by the US CPSC, the product CPSC which does not conform to the safety regulations will be destroyed completely. Once the enterprise is found to be in violation of the regulations, it will also be severely punished.

The new regulation has also strengthened the safety management of Baby Garments, including the quality of fabrics, rope quality and other decorations.

It is stipulated that goods exported to the United States must be certified by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (ILAC) recognized by a recognized organization or laboratory.
