Enterprises and listed companies are obliged to disclose the effectiveness of their internal control in accordance with the internal control standards and relevant guidelines. The person said that at present, the CSRC is studying how to disclose the internal control report of listed companies, the SASAC is also studying how to implement the internal control standard system for large and medium-sized enterprises, and relevant departments are also doing specific research on the connection between some regulations issued previously and the internal control standard system this time.
