In recent years, China's traditional manufacturing industry is facing severe challenges due to factors such as the global economic downturn, domestic and foreign market weakness, and global industrial transfer. Shishi's textile and garment industry has been deeply affected by the increasingly fierce competition in the industry. The quality problem that has been accumulated over a long period of time has become a "bruising" of the development of enterprises. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of textile and garment enterprises and consolidate and enhance the competitive advantage of industry, in 2018, Shishi carried out the quality improvement action, and actively established the linkage mechanism of "government + industry associations + consulting agencies + enterprises", and strive to support 100 textile and garment enterprises in a year to carry out lean management and upgrade work in three batches.

It is worth mentioning that in the quality improvement action, the Shishi textile and garment industry alliance entrusted by the Shishi government and the Taiwan Guoxin Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., in accordance with the three stages of "preliminary investigation and visits, producing candidate lists and final confirmation", strictly select and select the list of enterprises participating in the lifting of quality. At the same time, according to factors such as scale of production, development concept, coordination degree and so on, we selected the benchmarking enterprises to carry out key training from the participating enterprises. First, we identified 10 benchmarking cultivation enterprises such as Quanzhou Peng Tai Clothing Co., Ltd., and the second phase set up 10 benchmark cultivation enterprises such as Shishi Hongxing dyeing and finishing Weaving Co., Ltd.

It is understood that since the start of the quality improvement action, Shishi has completed the first phase of 30 enterprises training guidance, set up 88 improvement projects, is expected to improve revenue of 3 million 350 thousand yuan. The second phase of training and guidance for 35 enterprises is now in progress in an orderly manner, and on the basis of the first phase of meticulous management, we have strengthened the enterprise goal orientation and paid more attention to improving the quality awareness and quality accomplishment of the decision-makers, operators, managers and producers. There is reason to believe that with the in-depth implementation of quality improvement actions and subsequent fermentation, Shishi's textile and garment industry will take a new step.
