Wu Lesheng'S Investigation On Environmental Protection Park Of Textile Industry Base In Southern Hunan

On August 3, when Wu Lesheng, Secretary of Changning municipal Party committee, visited the environmental protection park of Xiangnan textile industry base, he stressed that he should keep close to the time node and make full use of the power to speed up the construction progress of the project, so as to ensure that the first phase of the textile base will be fully put into operation before the second quarter of 2022.

The textile industry base in southern Hunan is a textile and clothing industry cluster area built by Hunan Province, Hengyang City and Changning City. It is composed of clothing production Park and environmental protection facilities Park, which is constructed in three phases. Among them, the total planning area of environmental protection facilities park is 2357.25 mu, the planning area of phase I is 539 mu, and the total construction area is 476500 m2. Introduce CITIC environment, the top enterprise of sewage treatment in the park, construct sewage treatment plant and cogeneration plant with high standards, and form a circulation closed loop for washing, printing and dyeing production, water supply, sewage treatment, reclaimed water utilization, cogeneration, solid waste treatment and recycling, so as to maximize resource utilization and minimize pollution discharge. At present, the first phase of the basic project has been completed, and the road network supporting project is under construction.

Wu Lesheng stressed that through the construction and development over the past few years, the textile industrial base in southern Hunan has taken advantage of the wind and stepped into a golden period of high-quality development. On the premise of fully implementing the measures of normalized epidemic prevention and control and safe production, around the time node of project construction, we should press ahead, go all out, strengthen service, create excellent construction environment, scientific scheduling, full power, speed up the construction progress, and ensure that the first phase of the textile base will be put into operation before the second quarter of 2022.
