Kangnai was founded and creatively extended the development of tourism to the field of Party building in non-public enterprises.

As a representative of the model of non-public party, as early as 1987, Wenzhou established the first party branch of non-public enterprises in Zhejiang.

At present, Wenzhou has established 4227 Party organizations in non-public enterprises, covering 1.6 000 non-public enterprises.

Recently, Wenzhou has attracted much attention once again because of the "recruitment of" non-public enterprises party secretary. It has been praised as the fifth time in the industry.

Wenzhou fever

"This election" attracted 1205 members from the whole country to sign up.

The "Wenzhou fever" began to show signs at the end of 2007. In from December 23rd to 25th of that year, the Secretary of the CPC Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Cong Shi, the vice chairman of the Communist Party of China, sent a delegation of senior party and government cadres in Vietnam to Wenzhou to inspect the party building in non-public enterprises.

Then, Fujian and other neighboring provinces and cities, as well as Gansu, Shandong, Hubei, Chongqing, Jilin and other places of government officials poured in.

According to the rough statistics of the Organization Department of the Wenzhou municipal Party committee, since 2008, they have received more than 40 leading teams from various local governments.

The investigation team directly received by non-public enterprises is even more difficult to count. Zhou Jinmiao, Secretary of the Party committee of Kangnai group, revealed that as one of the non-public enterprises that established the party organization earlier in Wenzhou, Kangnai received 256 batches of party inspection missions and more than 1500 people from all over the country last year.

In view of this phenomenon, the Wenzhou Municipal Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party has made a special proposal to the two session of the nine CPPCC Wenzhou conference: Wenzhou, as the gathering place of private enterprises and the "forward position" of reform and opening up, has been saturated with Party building work.

Grassroots Enterprises

With the increasing number of private enterprises in China, non-public party construction will become a common topic.

It is suggested that the "industrial tourism market in Wenzhou" should be opened up by taking the opportunity of exploring the "non-public party construction".

The issue of "the inspection tour point of Party building in non-public enterprises" has given a substantial response to this proposal.

Wu Guangfu, deputy director of Wenzhou Tourism Bureau, said that the inspection tour of the non-public party construction is an innovative attempt of Wenzhou's tourism projects. In the future, the tourism sector will gradually increase demonstration sites, covering more non-public enterprises.
